PHILOSOPHY

The Department of Philosophy has started its journey from the date of establishment of this college with one permanent faculty. Teachers arranged remedial classes for backbencher’s students. More of this department not only to teach students according to the syllabus of the University, but also help them for placement in good jobs. The department of Philosophy aims to engender analytical and thoughtful mind among its students.

• Vision: 

1. To import quality education in Philosophy to Rural & Economically weaker students.
2. To create interest among students to opt philosophy in higher education.
3. To build up job oriented aspects among students.
4. To develop ethical values within learners to distinguish between good & bad . 

• Mission: 

1. The department of Philosophy has many plan for future : 

1. Department aims to begin an honours course with the help of the administration body of college & university.
2. Increase numbers of students.
3. Department will increase power point presentation at institution to attract the students.
4. Increase number of books in library so that it will help the students to get suitable books as per their syllabus.
5. Department will make a separate room when the institution infrastructure will increase.

Future Plan 

Department has many plan for future time which are mentioned below: 

• Honours course: 

Department will begin honours course with the help of administration body of college & also university. 

• Increase number of students: 

                     Department will be taken some initiative such as student-centric learning, Online class going on during problematic situation creation like COVID-19 for increase number of students.

• PPP class increase: Department will increase Power Point Presentation with the help of projector at institutional campus for attraction of students. 
• Increase number of book in library : Institution’s important aspect is ‘library’. Library will be helpful to students whenever they will get suitable book as per syllabus. So department will buy many books for students. 
• Separate department: Department will do separate room  whenever institutional Infrastructure will be increased and then institution will give permission for fixed room of department .
