Rules & Regulations for Students

Attention: Students are required to adhere to the following conduct guidelines:
  1. Attendance Requirement: Students must attend classes according to university norms, maintaining at least 75% attendance. Attendance at the compulsory selection test is also mandatory; otherwise, you will not be permitted to sit for the University Examinations. Please note that medical certificates will not be accepted as justification for absence.
  2. Identity Verification: Students must carry their college-issued identity cards and present them whenever requested during college hours.
  3. Property Maintenance: Defacing college property, including walls, by writing slogans or affixing posters is strictly prohibited.
  4. Gathering Restrictions: Students are not allowed to congregate in front of classrooms, teachers' rooms, libraries, or the office. Loitering in corridors is also forbidden.
  5. Visitor Policy: Only parents or guardians are permitted to visit students during college hours; no other visitors are allowed.
  6. Personal Belongings: Students are responsible for the safe keeping of their books and personal items. The college will not be liable for any losses.
  7. Leave of Absence: Absence from college without official leave is not permitted, except in unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students must inform college authorities immediately.
  8. Attendance Violation: Any student who is absent for a continuous period of one month without prior permission may be removed from the college roster.
  9. Attendance Appeals: Appeals regarding irregular attendance leading to a shortage in required percentage will not be considered.
  10. Disciplinary Actions: Students who have a record of repeated disciplinary violations risk expulsion from the college.
  11. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly forbidden on college premises and in its vicinity.
  12. Anti-Ragging Policy: Ragging of any sort is strictly prohibited on campus. Stern action will be taken against anyone found participating in such activities.
